We offer a 30-day return window for all orders worldwide. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original Shapeshifters tags attached. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order ship?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery varies by location.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
